Observation

Provider self-reported the cord to the outdoor lights had not been properly secured. Provider stated she would secure the cord after the children left for the day. Licensor observed there was no lock on the deep freezer located in the kitchen, which is licensed space. The provider stated she would install a lock and sent photo verification. Licensor observed the electrical outlet near the sink in the kitchen was not not equipped with a GFCI outlet type. The provider stated she would have the outlet replaced with the correct one required by the WAC.
